Windsurfing "the mother of trendsports" has grown up. A brillant invention became a new kind of sport, which surfed on a huge wave of excitement and fascinated millions of sportsmen around the globe. And the fascination is still alive.

Loose rig constructions and heavy boards became stable, light and efficent sports equipment for any taste. New disciplines came up, new events have been established and above all new generationes have been fascinated by the sport.

But the evolution never stopped. Windsurfing today is as dynamic as before. Freestyle revolutionized the sport, longboard surfing returns to the beaches and lakes and stand-up-paddle surfing spreads out like windsurfing at its beginning.
