Even before the big finale on Sylt, Philip Köster became the first ever German wave worldchampion - at the age of 17

He did it: at the Klitmoller PWA wave event, also called "cold Hawai" due to its amazing waves, Philip took the contest by storm and became the first German wave world champion. He still has to wait for his trophy, though: it will be given to him during the official finale on Sylt in the end of September.

Congratulations, Philip! Good job...
