Antoine Albeau has been nominated  "Laureus Action Sportsperson of the Year" at this year's Laureus Awards in Abu Dhabi. Together with 6 other athletes, Antoine will compete for this title.

His participation in the event is a great opportunity to make windsurfing popular. He will be joining stars like Usain Bolt, Lindsey Vonn, Alberto Contador, Britta Steffen and Roger Federer and is the 2nd windsurfers since 2000 to be nominated.
