Since 2003 the DWSV gets together as an association of German windsurfers. It comes under the authority of the Deutschen Segler Verband DSV [Link: www.dsv.org] (German Sail Association). It is responsible for different competition classes [Link: www.dwsv.net/HausdesSurfens.htm] in Germany, like the Deutschen Windsurf Cup DWC [Link: Wettbewerbe: DWC].
